Yummy Recipe + Easter Basket Ideas

Many of you probably know, but our 3 grown kids all live in the same small town that we do, and every Sunday evening I do a large family meal for everyone. It’s a standing Sunday Funday and whoever can make it…makes it. Sometimes it’s all 8 of us (or 9 or 10 with extended family), and sometimes it’s a fraction of the group. But we feel so blessed that we are able to do this, it’s a tradition I’ll cherish forever! I cook the meal, and I try to do EASY so I can visit. This past Sunday’s meal was a win, on taste and easy! The best fajitas ever! I purchased homemade flour tortillas from our local grocer and marinated the meat the day prior (which is key!). Made guacamole and lime ranch dip early in the day, I even grilled the chickens early and kept in oven on warm. I usually share what’s happening for Sunday meals here on my Instagram.
