As we say goodbye to summer, and hello to fall, remember it’s always vacation season! During my last vacation to Harbour Island, Bahamas, I learned the importance of being able to travel light! This specific location is remote, and requires multiple, differing legs of travel to arrive at your final destination! A Capsule Closet is the perfect way to pack efficiently, while still looking fabulous your entire vacation!

Capsule Closets are a hot topic in all things fashion. My regular closet consists of mostly neutrals, which are a Capsule Closet’s best friend. They make styling outfits a breeze and allow for multiple different outfit stylings with the same few pieces!

Suitcase | Suitcase Organizers

Great news… No extra fees over here! A vacation capsule closet allows you to bypass checking a bag, which is one less thing to worry about when traveling! This hardshell carry-on suitcase is the first luggage I reach for when packing! My personal favorite is this Larger Carry On from Away…my most favorite thing about it is that it has a TSA approved large battery pack! So no more plugging into airport walls (that’s a no-no), now you have your own safe charging source! These suitcase organizers are a lifesaver when you need to save space! Also… a quick tip, roll your clothes to help prevent wrinkling! You’re sure to know where all your favorites are with a suitcase this organized!

Above is an overview of all the items I packed for my trip! As you can see, the majority of the clothing items I brought were neutral, with a few pops of color here and there. Looking at the shoes shown, I always like to bring with me a versatile pair of sneakers along with one to two other options for dressing up an outfit.

I brought 5 staple bottoms. These can all be paired with almost every top I brought with me. This means SO many options and different ways to mix and match!

Tops are the one item I make sure to pack a few extra options. Tops are something you would want to be sure and pack a few extra options. Try to focus on having 1 to 2 of the following: tank tops, tees, blouses, and button-up/layering items! Literally every piece you see here can be mixed and matched with the pants/shorts options I brought. Truly making so many combinations. And, no….no one will know that you’ve mixed and matched the same pieces …looks like a whole new outfit!
